Blueberry Hibiscus Soda Concentrate

Fresh blueberries, tart hibiscus, coconut water, and a pinch of mineral salt come together for a fruit-forward hydration concentrate made with simple ingredients and real fruit flavor. Mix with club soda for a refreshing summertime drink.

Add blueberries, hibiscus, water, and coconut water to a saucepan.Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, lightly smashing some of the berries as they soften.Remove from heat and steep for 10–15 minutes.Strain through a fine mesh sieve while still warm directly over the honey or sugar.Stir until the sweetener fully dissolves.Add the Redmond Real Salt and optional lime juice. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.Chill completely before serving.
To Serve
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup concentrate to a glass, depending on how strong you like it and the size of your glass.Fill with 8–10 oz club soda, sparkling water, or soda siphon water.Add ice and stir gently to combine.Taste and adjust with more concentrate or sparkling water if desired.
